Sorry we cannot accept card payments for the cottage.A 30% deposit is required upon booking payable by BACS transfer.The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival by BACS transfer or cash on arrival.
No Shows
Please give at least 14 days notice for cancellation notice.In the event of a no show you will still be charged for your full stay.

Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled outside of the 14 days prior to check in.If the booking is cancelled within the 14 days before arrival the total price will be payable.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge the full amount for your stay.
Parking
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.We recommend reserving parking at the time of your booking.We cannot accommodate large vehicles due to the narrow access to the car park.Spaces are charged at £6.50 per night.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a £500.00 fine.
Pets
The cottage is pet friendly.We kindly ask guests to respect the property.Pets are subject to additional charge of £5 per night per pet.
